Jun 2nd, 2006 at 06:18 PMNice basic tutorial. Well made and well commented. I especially enjoyed the tip for shading. The mouth change could be simpler though. A nice trick is to create a movie clip containing all your mouths in different keyframes. Five mouths, five keyframes. (let's call it mouth_MC) Use that movie clip in you "mouth" layer. In the Properties window, choose to track is as "graphic". Select the "single frame" option. Each time you want to change the mouth, add a keyframe to the "mouth" layer. With the mouth_MC selected, go to the Properties window and in the field called "first", type the number of the frame of the mouth_MC you want to see. Cool huh? :o)
